Hampden County Registry of Deeds data shows just one property transfer recorded in Springfield between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19: a Sept. 15 sale from Christian G. Avila to AAA Abatement LC, a Laredo-associated limited liability company. No sale price has posted to the registry yet, and no street address or square footage was included in the record. With only one transaction on file, there is not enough data this period to calculate a median price, price range, or identify neighborhood trends.
