TOWN HALL Mayor Sarno drew four winners in the city's home lottery for newly built houses in the Old Hill Infill neighborhood, near the 01109 ZIP code, according to a release posted to the city's News Flash page Thursday. The homes are part of an ongoing infill development effort aimed at putting new, owner-occupied housing back on the market in that section of the city.
